Followed by one-on-one exercise instruction sessions to establish and instruct your personalised program, after you will then be able to continue your exercises by joining one of our small Strength & Fitness sessions (maximum of 6 people) run by one of our trained physiotherapists.

Pregnancy places a large amount of stress on the body’s muscles, joints and ligaments which can create pain and discomfort, particularly around the neck, back and pelvis. Physiotherapy treatment can assist with management of these aches and pains in a safe and secure manner and can also improve post natal recovery.
Our physiotherapists can provide and recommend the use of various braces and straps to help your condition, as well as offering advice on standard taping and kinesiotaping techniques, posture education, management of chronic pain, and much more…
